Comprehensive Project Control Support Services | The scope of the services corresponds to a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for the monitoring and control of the projects under Minera Escondida’s Head of Projects, across all phases—from study and engineering to execution and closure. Specifically, the service provides support in the areas of estimating, schedule and cost control, change management, reporting, and project control analysis.
