Management consulting and technical support to management for the Line 3 and 6 project

Management consulting and technical support to project development management Consulting services were provided for the different stages of the project’s Project Management Office (PMO). It included technical advice and project management for lines 3 and 6 and the extensions of line 2 to San Bernardo and line 3 to Quilicura. In addition, planning, tendering for basic and detailed engineering contracts, management of expropriations and easements, management of service changes for construction and commissioning, and technical support in monitoring and control were carried out. Technical support was provided for the completion of the project for lines 3 and 6, basic engineering for line 2 depots in Vespucio, detailed engineering, and on-site supervision of workshops for lines 3 and 6.
