Fiscal Inspection Advisory | The project is located in the Antofagasta Region and involves upgrading the existing Route 25 to a dual carriageway from the beginning of the Carmen Alto Interchange to the junction with Balmaceda Avenue, north of the current southern access roundabout. It also includes the development of the new eastern bypass to Calama, built as a single carriageway, where the Yalquincha Viaduct will be constructed. In total, the project comprises 136 km of improved roadway, enabling greater development and competitiveness in the mining sector by promoting industrial and commercial activity. The alignment respects sensitive areas corresponding to former nitrate facilities declared historic monuments. The project will benefit the residents of Sierra Gorda and Calama, as well as those engaged in commercial and productive activities in the area. Total man-hours: 231,400.
