The tasks performed include monitoring the development of the PLMB, the timely identification of possible deviations in the execution of the project, the timely implementation of recommendations regarding the forecasts on which the project is conceived, designed, and executed, technical assistance, and the transfer of project management knowledge to the staff of the Bogotá Metro Company (EMB) and to the persons designated by the EMB.
