Training and CyD Academy
The professional development of CyD’s employees is a priority for the company. “Mi CyD” portal offers a range of courses associated with different learning categories, depending on the training needs of each person.


Care Committee
CyD has a Care Committee whose mission is to implement and coordinate actions that contribute to overcoming the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of employees and their families.
The aim is to foster a culture of solidarity and closeness, putting themselves at the service of others and thus collaborating in the construction of a better society.

Corporate Volunteerin

Corporate Volunteering is an initiative where CyD’s employees take part in activities that allow them to be better people and leave a positive mark on communities. Since 2008, we have been working with several institutions, carrying out activities aimed at providing support and joy to children, young people and the elderly, among which the following stand out:
Ruta calle (street feeding)
Delivery and reconditioning of computers for schools
Manufacture of wardrobes for homes, walkways, libraries, orchards, among others
Bread baking with residents from different homes
Infrastructure improvements in schools and residences
Meaningful Christmas campaign – toy donations
Blood donation campaigns

CyD also maintains a strong alliance with Hogar de Cristo, where to date, more than 1,000 hours have been dedicated to activities in support of the foundation, such as snacks with children and adults, and generating recreational activities for young people and mothers, among others.

Recruitment of local collaborators
CyD prioritizes the hiring of local talents for its projects, which improves the employability of nearby communities and reduces travel time for employees Thus, maintaining its commitment to increase the percentage of local workers in its projects.
Employee life cycle
The life cycle at CyD starts with the search for candidates for vacant positions. Applicants go through assesstments and interviews, and those selected receive a job offer letter.
Once the applicant signs his or her contract, he or she becomes a CyD collaborator. Throughout their work cycle, they receive monthly remuneration, participate in the corresponding training, educational activities and other events. He/she is also given access to the platforms and all relevant information so that he/she can carry out his/her work effectively.

Internal and external communication
In line with its close editorial line and coherent with its corporate culture, CyD’s Communications Committee is in charge of the development of the internal and external communications strategy.
